For over 40 years Rotec has been the world wide leader in concrete placing systems. Rotec equipment may be used on virtually any construction project, however, it is especially useful in large concrete placing applications such as locks.

Currently Rotec is proud to be the major equipment provider on the Panama Canal expansion project. There are three major pieces of Rotec equipment placing concrete in Panama.

The Tower Belt can transport concrete over a vast area from a central location with a placing reach of eighty meters at a potential speed of three cubic meters per minute.

The Creter Crane is a highly versatile, high volume mobile conveyor offering pinpoint accuracy. With 360 degrees of swing and a telescoping conveyor reaching up to 61 meters, this machine provides fast, precise, and dependable placement.

The Shuttle Hopper is a large mobile hopper used as a central dumping point for concrete haulers. It is also a metering device for allowing the proper amount of concrete to enter the conveyor system.

The use of such equipment on large scale concrete project, such as locks and dams, ensures accuracy and efficiency on any job site.
